Warranty Upgrade – A+K PADS Standalone
- 1 year advance loan exchange.
- User back-up is recommended.
Service Level Agreement 3 (SLA3) – A+K PADS Professional
- Telephone support Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
- Bug fixes and service packs.
- All system software upgrades.
- Minimum 12-month period.
Service Level Agreement 4 (SLA4) – A+K PADS Professional
- Telephone support Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
- Bug fixes and service packs.
- All system software upgrades.
- Minimum 36-month period.
