Your PADS4 Digital Signage system consists of a feature rich collection of programs.  


A+K PADS4 Training

On-site training sessions offer interactive one-to-one or group training for either users or for technical support:

User training:

  • Discussion of required content for displaying system overview and features
  • Detailed PADS4 Designer training with support notes
  • Using the PADS4 Content library
  • Adding of available database connections, e.g. RSS feeds, Excel, Outlook
  • PADS Scheduler training
  • Questions and answers

Technical Support Training:

  • Detailed walk through of the installed PADS4 system setup
  • Installation of components training, such as PADS4 Scheduler 
  • PADS4 Agent training ( if applicable )
  • PADS4 System Management training, e.g. creating users, setting permissions
  • Updating the system
  • Troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs
  • Questions and answers



Remote Support

With A+K Remote Support (powered by logmeinrescue.com) we are able to provide fast and secure web-based remote assistance to help diagnose and solve problems you may have with your AV solutions. All you need is an internet connection and we can remotely assist you with your A+K Digital Signage system by viewing your screen and taking control of your PC. If you require it as part of a service contract we can even setup unattended access to allow remote diagnostics and support even when PCs are inaccessible.

On-line Demonstrations

On-line demonstrations and training sessions are available from A+K (powered by join.me). On-line demonstrations allow you to discuss your requirements with a product manager in more detail and see a live demonstration of the product to further understand the features and their benefits to your organisation.

On-line training sessions are available after the system is installed and commissioned and can help you expand the scope of system as requirements change over time or be powerful as refresher training for existing users.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is required when purchasing PADS Digital Signage (minimum contract of 12 months). We offer a range of cover, with support levels tailored to meet your requirements. These packages include 3 Day and Next Day on-site assistance, product enhancement updates and refresher training, depending on the level of contract. Phone and remote support is also available from our in-house technical team who can discuss, diagnose then assist to resolve any issues you may have with your signage system.
